Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

Kevin and Shawn were in yesterday to install our 3 new windows in our home.
They have two nice young installers. Very clean prompt and courteous. Being in hvac service for 35 years I know
what that is like.
Cathy and I just wanted to pass on our thanks to Kevin and Jordan.
They did a very nice installation and we are very pleased with the job done. Cathy loves the new windows and
if we need any more we would not hesitate to give them a call.

Andrew, Nick and Ross came in to replace our windows. They were prompt, pleasant, professional and very curtieous. They completed the job in a timely manner and the workmanship and craftmanship was excellent. The product was high quality and installation was perfect. We are very very pleased especially with our new garden window in the kitchen. This was an excellent crew and I would highly recommend them to anybody. Excellent job!!!

Andrew, Nick and Ross were great to have here installing our new windows. Very friendly and efficient and the new windows look great! John, who sold us the windows, was another very nice guy . We will recommend Centra to all of our friends!

Brandon,Randy and Daman did a fantastic job for our window insulation! They are professional and did the job with care. After the window installation, they explained how we can clean the windows , how to take the screens out and what products to use to clean. Just found out that centra also provide external renovations.We will
definitely ask for Randy's team for future renovation to our home.

The salesperson (Don), was efficient and
informative. The work crew showed up exactly when they were supposed to and were very productive throughout the two and a half days of removal and reinstallation. They cleaned up at the end of every day and left the work site tidy. Brad, Beau and Peter certainly are a good team. We are happy with the look of the windows and the installation and look forward to seeing how they perform over the winter. Brad said they "Work on a house like they own it" and that is exactly what the crew did.

We are very happy with the service. The crew, Simon Montague, Al Wolak, Brad McEwen, Dave Bedford, Ryan Lahn, Beau Blunden & Peter McGrath, was courteous and professional. We are happy with the result and the quality of the product and service is obvious. We would recommend Centra to our friends and family.

The Kevin and Josh the installers were prompt, efficient, and did an excellent installation. The windows were an excellent fit and of excellent quality. In addition, the installers didn't create any damage and removed all the debris. It was an excellent installation. The price was very competitive!.

We had Centra replace 27 windows in our home. Their service was very professional from start to finish. At the end of each day the site was left very clean & tidy. Andrew did an excellent job of replacing & finishing the windows.Our house looks amazing! Great company to do business with.

Centra was a breeze to work with. Everyone we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. The three men who installed our windows, Randy, Damon, and Brandon did a great job with attention to detail and respect to my home. There were two little hitches, both of which were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and my home looks wonderful.

We had bought windows and doors from Centra 2 years ago and installed them ourselves. We were very happy with the product and people we dealt with.
Recently, we saved up enough money to buy more windows and doors. We unfortunately did not have enough time to install ourselves so we decided to hire Centra to remove and install the new windows and doors.
We were not satisfied with the final result nor the lack of follow up.
We were very satisfied with the saleman, especially dealing with the "window issue" ;until he stopped communicating with us.
Fortunately, finally, I ended up talking to Rod or maybe Rob , the head installation manager. He sent over the "real deal" installers, Greg and Kurtis. They quickly made us feel that we would be taken care of, and that all our concerns were valid, and would be corrected.
I am two heads about my experience with Centra....I will make my final decision once I have accessed the workmanship of the completed job.
