Centra Windows were lovely to work with from the original quote with Brad D to the installers - Greg, Kev and Jayme. The windows look fantastic and I look forward to savings on my heating bill this winter! Many neighbours have already commented on how great the windows look and that's just from the outside. The installers were very professional. My husband told me the installers came in and all the old windows were out in no time and the new ones installed soon after. The finishing on the inside of the house is top-notch. I look forward to having the remainder of my windows done in the near future.

We recently had all our old single pane windows replaced by Centra windows. The service we have had from Centra has been excellent throughout the entire process. We already notice a big difference with the new windows even though the weather has been quite mild so far. As for Kurtis and Kyle, they did an excellent job on the installation and always took the time to ensure we had no concerns or questions. We will definitely be recommending Centra to our friends and family.

Paul arrived at the appointed time to fix a window that had separated somewhat from its frame. He was a very cheerful man who went straight to work and did a most competent job of replacing the entire seal, not just the part that had separated. He was fast and very, very neat. Paul cheerfully and knowledgeably answered all our questions about windows too. Centra installed most of our windows and house siding in 1996 and a couple of more windows in 2007. We have always been 100% satisfied with their work and the warranty is amazing. Every Centra representative that we have made contact with over the years has been just wonderful to deal with. The installers were all careful, neat and ever so cheerful. I want to also make special mention about Jackie - the lovely lady at the front desk who assisted me with such enthusiasm. Centra staff do appear to be happy to work for this company - that is so refreshing! We are selling our current home but would be honoured to have Centra take care of our needs in a future home. They get top marks from us for super service and warranty. Thank you Centra!

Just wanted to tell others about the great service Centra provides. I had all my windows and a front door done at least 5 years ago. They did great work at that time but where they shine is in the after sale service. The mail slot on the door had broken and Centra came out and replaced it free of charge. They also fixed a small issue with a window handle, sold me additional pin locks and pocket fillers which they cut to the correct size for me. Paul was efficient and very kind and I highly recommend both him and the company for their care in after sales service.

Carl McLean & Corey Vey did a fantastic job of installing all the new windows & patio doors. Very professional!! We are so happy with the new windows and would recommend Centra Windows to our Friends & Family. The quality of the product is exceptional and also the warranty is hard to beat!

We recently had new windows ordered and installed by Centra. The job was done on time and the crew (Andrew, Jake, Kristian and Shane) showed full respect whilst working and basically taking over our home. They were quite organized and knew what they were doing. Good job guys!

Robin was our first contact with Centra, followed by Sean to confirm measurements. Our installers were Nick and Andrew who did a great job. They arrived on time and were efficient and friendly. They did a fantastic installation and an awesome clean up after the job was done. They even swept our driveway. Excellent company, excellent employees and excellent product. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. This was our 2nd job with Centra at our location in Agassiz.
