Just had our windows replaced...looks great! Appreciated the work done by Harry, Kurtis, Taylor and Ross. Every little detail was checked and re checked. Great job guys! Looking forward to a warm house this winter.

Had all the windows replaced in our home.
The installers (Mike, Tyler and Kyle) did a terrific job. No damage to existing trim, and all debris removed.

It took three tries to get a new mail slot installed. The first time it was inside-out, the second time it was lose and nails fell out. But third try... and Paul and Taylor finally nailed it. Beautiful job!!

kitchen renovation started Oct 9th with demolition, Nick from Centra came and installed the window on the 10th of Oct. no fuss no muss.... Quick and clean courteous and pleasant. The window is beautiful, no tracts to collect dirt clear and warm.Love it!

2nd time with Centra. As usual service excellent. Requested same installers (Randy & Brandon) and the job they did was superb. They take real pride in their work!!!. Quality of product is superior.

From the beginning we had a great service with Brad to assess our options. He was not pushy on sales but wanted to make sure we had the best option in design and quality. On the installation day, the crew led by Kevin (Greg, Jaymes and Chris) were very professional, cleaned after themselves. Kevin walked us through every window and door to show us what was done and how the windows operated. What a difference those windows made! WE use to hear the street traffic so bad. Now we can barely hear it and we sleep much better. I would recommend them anytime! BTW Brad followed up with us afterwards to makes sure we were satisfied.

Very professional crew - Kevin P, Greg C, Jayme W, and Chris O. Work standards were excellent, they were very punctual, and cleanup was exceptional. Very impressive service and the whole job was completed in two days as scheduled. There is obvious pride of workmanship and service here. We would recommend this company and crew in future. Everything was just as sales (Conrad) promised. The installer foreman who rechecked all the measurements before our final order was entered was very helpful with suggestions as well. We are delighted with our new windows and wonder how we managed without them now. Thank you

We had a great experience with Centra windows. Robin Buie came and did an estimate, it was a no pressure experience, he was thorough and answered all our questions. After we decided to have the renovation done, our windows were measured and a date was set for the install. Andrew and Jurgen were our installers they were prompt, friendly, efficient and tidy. They showed great respect for each other and worked well together.
The only negative in the whole process was that we were told a confirmation phone call would be made the day before install and that did not happen, we had to call to confirm that the windows were ready and the installation was going ahead. We would definately recommend Centra windows.

Shawn, Kyle & Justin just completed a fantastic installation, I am very impressed with their professional skills throughout as well as their personalities. Credit is also given to Paul, Maurizio, Jurgen & Chris for completing the final details; Crystal & Angie were most helpful too. The project is truly a remarkable transformation of my mobile home, I am amazed, wow! Also thanks to Nolan that guided me from the beginning and Shawn [the measurer] for giving me great advice. Everyone involved has been a pleasure to deal with from Centra, I would highly recommend them!
