This company showed great workmanship, showed up on time, and cleaned up after the job was completed. Brad and Adam were friendly, knew their trade well and were fast workers. They definitely completed the job to my satisfaction, and I would recommend this company to anyone wanting windows replaced

This is the second house where we have had Centra do the new windows. From John, who came out for the initial measurements and final quote to the installation crew of Kristian, Erik, Shayne and Jake - our experience in the whole process has been top rate. Although they had to add an extra day to complete the install, we are happy that they did not rush through the job and took their time to complete each window (22 of them) installation. Thanks Centra!

2 years ago, we had new windows and doors installed by Centra.Recently, we've experienced some water leakage and called Centra back out to investigate.Paul and Maurizio came by to look at the problem, and discovered that it was not a faulty window, but a major problem with our roof.They even went up onto our roof to investigate, and spoke directly with our roofer to inform him of the leak.Both servicemen went above and beyond the call of duty in order to determine the root of the problem.They also fixed our loose front door handle while they were here.We would certainly recommend Centra to all of our friends, family, and neighbours! Yes, we LOVED your service!Right from day one, when Raymond Charron came and spent the afternoon helping us decide on which window and door designs to choose, until 2 years later, when Paul and Maurizio made their service call (at no charge) and went up onto our roof in the pouring rain....Centra's service has been excellent! Had all windows replaced in 2011, everyone we dealt with were courteous, helpful and reliable. Maurizio & Paul were great to come and fix the windows as a follow up service call in 2012. Would recommend.

We had 4 windows replaced and they are great! Our window installation crew - Mike, Tyler, and Kyle (Hok..) were friendly, pleasant, efficient, and very professional. They left the place clean and tidy. A pleasure to have them work in our home.

In terms of Centra windows, I was a little disappointed with the delay of communication as to when our windows would be installed. I waited 3 weeks after my inquiries before I got any information about when our windows would be replaced. Overall, our experience with Centra customer service has been very good. Perhaps they could hire additional staff to assist with the heavy workload or customer communication practices. I can appreciate that everyone is busy, but I feel three weeks is a little disappointing for a response time after several inquiries.

Overall, I would recommend Centra Windows and we will likely be getting more windows from them in the future.

The guys doing the work- Nick, Andrew, and Ross were very efficient and did an amazing job with attention to every detail.
Work done fast and house was left clean.

I cannot say enought about this company and their workers. We had all our windows replaced in our home in 2001. The fellows who did the job at the time, did an excellent job. Everything was left looking immaculate. Today ( Oct. 16/12 ) we had our livingroom window pane replaced and Paul and Marrizio did an excellent job. They were both very helpful and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. I don know if there is a word to describe these fellows and the job that they do and how things are left when they leave. In my books it definitely is more than "Excellent." I say this because I am in the cleaning business.

Brad McEwen and Adam Boudreau came to install my windows yesterday and today, they were awesome! here on time, Brad was very friendly and patient with a stubborn door. I totally would recommend them to my friends :) very happy. Also very happy with the guy who did the original sale (forget name sorry!!) he did everything he could so I could get them :) ty
