Just want to say Kristian, Shayne and Jake did a great job on our windows. They are all friendly and answered all our questions. We are looking forward to them returning soon for our upper windows. Mark & Denise

Had Kristian, Shayne & Erik install a new Garden window in our kitchen. They arrived on time, as promised, introduced themselves and were a very polite group. Kristian described the process, while the others set-up the equipment. They worked quickly and were very clean & tidy. I suggested a few modifications to their process and they willingly accepted them.They had all the required training, materials and tools to get the job done efficiently. All in all a very good experience. I would recommend Centra and this crew to any one. They were first class!

Mike, Kyle H and Tyler did a fantastic job on our windows. They kept the house clean, they answered all my questions during the installation phase and they had no problem correcting any flaws that I found. Overall I am very satisfied.

I had heard of this company through word of mouth from an aquaintence of mine. I decided to get them to come out and do a free estimate and demo.Al Wolek came out and did a great job in making sure I knew everything about the windows and told me about the lifetime warranty wich I was completely ecstatic about. when it came to the install date Dennis and Pat were actually a few minutes ahead of schedule which was surprising in a good way. They were quick and precise and very accommodating to what I needed and went that little extra to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely tell EVERYONE about these guys!

Our installer, Dave Bedford, was very professional, on time and did an awesome job. We are very pleased with the windows and the construction of them is very good. We were impressed with how they put them in without any damage to the existing stucco on the outside. They took the old windows away and the clean up was well done. Thanks for a job well done!

We are very happy with our new windows. The quality of service that we received from Centra was excellent. Brad, the estimator who came to our home, went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our needs. On the day of the installation, the installers, Sam & Jonas, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. The installation was very professional and when they were finished, they cleaned up so well, I couldn't even tell that they had been there. We will definitely use Centra again for the remaining windows on our home.

I am on my own and needed to feel confident I wasn't getting taken advantage of. Centra has a good reputation in my neighborhood. I have seen their work in several homes, got very positive remarks from neighbours. The sales rep (John)listened to my plans, and sketched them up efficiently.I paid 1/3 up front. I was told to wait 7-8 weeks, Kyle and Justin arrived a little over 9 weeks later, but did such a fantastic job, I was at work all day and when I came home at 2 they were busy at it. They were patient with my very large dog,friendly with me, cleaned up very well, took away all the old stuff .Kyle was great with informing me of how to work the blinds, open and close window, how to remove screen, etc. Also how to clean and care for the vinyl. I now have a beautiful patio door and window instead of an old broken slider. The kitchen looks much more modern and allready I notice no draft or cold air when sitting in front of the door and window. I love the new look. I still get a great view into my backyard. Can't wait to show it off next summer when I have a patio party! Thankyou Centra!

Called Centra and Robin Buie was the estimator who came to our home. He address our questions and concerns, and submitted a window estimate. We like the fact the windows are manufactured locally, and the price was reasonable. We found Robin to be knowledgeable, and personable. The installation was done by Kyle and Justin who arrived promptly, and did an efficient job of installing the windows. They were courteous and cleaned up very well. Would use Centra again, and recommend them to family and friends.

We just had our windows at the Town office replaced by Centra Windows Inc. We dealt with three members of the company being Corey O'Neil, Kevin Lesowski and Brad Zimmer. All these employees displayed professional service and an exceptional finished product. Thank you for a job well done and in a very timely manner.
