We had other quotes to replace the windows in our house and Centra was not the cheapest but the feedback my wife and I received about the quality of your windows and the professionalism of your installers we chose to use your product. John Larche was very helpful and knowledgeable which also helped us in making our decision. The only criticism I can share is took for us to contact you to confirm the installation of the windows was going to happen as scheduled. It would be better to have your company contact the customer earlier in the week to confirm that the installation is going to proceed as scheduled. The 3 installers you sent Greg, Ross and Jayme did a great job and finished the install sooner than expected! This speaks volumes to the quality of your product, the detail the person you sent to measure and the work ethic/attention to detail the 3 installers performed during the install. Everyone involved should be given a well deserved pat on the back. I would recommend your company to everyone I know that is looking for this kind of renovation.
