We have been dealing with this company for 20 years or more. The service has been great and the techs have been very friendly and informative. I must give Chris and Tomas a perfect score. They were clean and friendly. They took extra care in not dirtying our carpets. Thank you once again for the wonderful service.

Thank you so much to the Service Manager Pat for calming me down when my basement flooded and for being extremely detailed over the service that would be provided for me by the plumber that would be arriving at my house. The dispatcher Karleen called me to let me know exactly when the plumber would be arriving at my house she was very professional and extremely friendly making me feel very at ease.

Matt Thomas just recently fixed a blockage in my basement drain. Matt did an excellent job he is extremely polite and very knowledgeable! Matt greeted me as he arrived at my home and explained to me very clearly what he would be doing to fix my basement drain from flooding. Matt left my house in a very clean condition with nothing left behind. When Matt was finished he explained everything to be in detail again. My husband arrived after and he was nice enough to explain everything to my husband. Matt even double checked everything to assure us that the basement wouldn’t flood again! So, impressed by Matt and your company Rob’s Albertan Service Experts. Would recommend your company to all my coworkers, family, and friends!! Thank you so much again Pat, Karleen, and Matt!!

Russ serviced my furnace in Feb 2018 and my air conditioner in May 2018.

I find him to be very polite, informative and hard working. He brings his own slippers to enter my home with, which to me, shows respect for my property. He is answers my questions honestly and patiently as I am asking them while he is working.

Jason and Paul did an excellent job of installing a new AC. They were very polite and did a wonderful job of the installation. They left our house in a very clean condition with nothing left behind. They explained the work that had to be done and the time it would take to do it. Extremely satisfied. Lorraine B.

We had a noisy furnace motor - Rob's Albertan service man came out and repaired it on February 12, 2018.
My main problems are with the price of the motor and the price of cleaning the blower.
I was charged $721 for the motor (later found an equivalent motor locally for $230) and was charged $161 for the capacitor (very expensive for a capacitor that normally runs for between $8 to $15 at appliance repair parts shops in Edmonton). Then I was billed $141.00 for cleaning the blower wheel. This is removed when the motor is replaced and took the service man 20 minutes to clean. That is equivalent to charging me $423.00 per hour for his labour. I also got charged a service charge of $125.00. Sorry home stars (Rob's Albertan Service Experts) I cannot recommend you to others because of your pricing practices.

Satisfied with the service provided. Russ was professional and courteous. Provided suggestions for cost savings. Work performed in a reasonable time. Brought slippers to keep the home clean which was appreciated.

Jason and Trent were the service technicians who installed my new Lennox furnace. I was very impressed before work even started they walked me thorough some of the things that would be changed and then they went to work. After the job was done Jason did a walk thorough again with me. Very pleased with the job. From a cold house to warm house and a warm thank you.

I am very unhappy about the cost of the service that I was provided. I paid $125 dollars to the Service Expert to arrive at my home. Then, I paid $225 for him to replace the fill valve of my toilet. A service that took him less than 10 mins. Thus, in total, I paid $368 (incl tax) for the Service Expert to work at my home for 10 mins. If you do the math, it follows then that you think your Service Experts' services are worth $2208/hr!

How much do your Service Experts actually make an hour??? My guess is that they make much less than $100 dollars an hour. Thus, you must pocket revenue in excess of $1900 / hour off of service calls like mine. There is no justification for charging that level of overhead on any service provided to any person in our community.

Great customer service! Called about a problem with our furnace in the morning, tech arrived in the afternoon. Tech Colin did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem!

The techs are always so nice and helpful. They explain ever step of the way when servicing. Totally awesome service experts. Thank you for being so spectacular and the techs are exceptional with their knowledge.
