When booking quotes for a new furnace/cen air, I always try to stay with small, local businesses. But, have had reno nightmares, so decided to book a corporation. Rob first came for a quote, educated me on getting the air done at the same time. Then the 2 tech's came a week later. I was so impressed how comfy they made you feel and never overstepped or made a mess that wasn't cleaned up. Then, in July, hot water tank next, Robert showed up after Elaine (call centre) booked me in right away. I was so stressed and the warm he showed with patience and kindness, I could not believe. He kept the tears of stress from falling, even told me-let's get it down and working first, then we talk $. As a woman homeowner, Reliance and their male Tech's are so professional but at the same time, down to earth. Makes it easier to call for repairs/service....thank you so much Reliance!!!!!!!!

Had my annual furnace inspection. Rob C. was my tech. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me lots of advise on how to keep the furnace in tip, top shape. As well, honestly advised me on the advantages of getting the service plan. Thanks Rob. So far no reason to be disappointed with Reliance and their staff.

The furnace in our 1 year old condo was making loud, grinding sounds (like a locomotive!) so Reliance sent Julius out to have a look at it. We were so impressed with Julius! He tried several fixes without favourable results but he did not give up. He even sat listening for the noise for several hours, and never made us feel that we were making an issue out of nothing. He is polite, conscientious and kept calling to tell us he would be trying something else. In the end I guess the furnace was just a "lemon" and they replaced it with a brand new one. We were very pleased with the service from Reliance but it's employees like Julius who make a good name and reputation for the company. It was a pleasure dealing with Reliance, but especially Julius!

We purchased a new home in Stonewall where Reliance Superior had installed the furnace, air conditioning, gas fireplace and hot water tank. We had them visit on a couple of occasions to do repairs and fine tuning. Their service personnel were always prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely use their services again in future.

Great service and customer service, we had a furnace replaced after a major breakdown. From the service tech straight through follow up call after installation, our experience was great. Perfect time for warmth in the middle of our cold snap this year. Thanks Reliance!

At 10pm I found my hot water tank had burst, after calling around and getting no where due to my financial situation, I called reliance and with in minutes the guy on the other end said you can finance it with us I'll be there at 10am to install a new one. He arrived at 9:58AM he sat and filled out a small amount of paperwork while his helper put the tank in and they were gone by 10:50AM. He was absolutely wonderful and there was no mess left behind. Excellent wonderful service and staff!!!

Trying too get ahold of them is a joke.Did not return my phone call.Still waiting for furnace work too be done.Looking for more work and not sure who too call.
