Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

new furnace and hot water tank. reliance was cheaper of two quotes. installation techs were very efficient and did a great job. hydro inspector commented on how well the installation was done. we are very satisfied and will only use reliance superior in the future.

First time using Reliance Superior, and the service technician was knowledgeable, quick, efficient...and pointed out a few things to look into. Contact centre was a little slow though and price was a little higher - but overall, I would strongly recommend them.

On my return of holiday was the horrible discovery of my water heater not working and leaking as well. When I dialed the helpline I was told that a tech will install a new one that day. The hot water cylinder was installed in a pretty good time and quality of work was excellent.

Our thermostat was damaged during renovations and we called Reliance Superior, since we bought our air conditioner from them. The phone call/ booking process was a bit drawn-out and awkward, but worth it for the service once the technician arrived.

Rob was professional, courteous, and very personable. He showed up even before the scheduled window, and resolved our issue quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to call Reliance Superior again, or recommend them to others.

Recently ( January 2017 ) , in Winnipeg , our furnace required unexpected service. I spoke to Jaroslaw- who recommended "Terry" to complete the task at hand. In Terry , we found an hard-working, professional, very courteous technician, with an extensive product knowledge .This gentleman went completely out of his way to complete the task at hand & rectified my furnace issue(s). He exceeded our expectations by going the "extra mile" for my families comfort & well being. Big Thank You to Terry !!

I am very pleased and impressed with the professional and friendly service I get from Rob T. when he comes for cleaning and maintenance. For that reason, I always ask for him. He is extremely knowledgeable, and willingly explains the problem and how to fix it. He has taken the time to know and understand my products and works hard to solve any problem efficiently and cost effectively. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his personable service.

Today we had Rob come and inspect our furnace. He did a great job and went above and beyond what was needed. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise on what was happening with our furnace. We always request Jaroslav since we began dealing with Reliance Superior. We have found him to be very courteous, professional and knowledgeable explaining in great detail what would be required regarding any repairs or servicing. Jaroslav is a keeper.

Very impressed with the professional service that Rob T provided when our furnace blower motor stopped working. He quickly diagnosed that it was only the capacitor that had failed and had the part available in his truck. The service was quick and well done. We would definitely recommend Reliance Superior again for service.
