The service from the technician was excellent he checked everything very professionally and was very happy. However in order for me to make the appointment for him to come I had to go to great effort because of your website that indicated there was no days available to come and do the maintenance. I finally got a hold of an on line operator who finally connected me with the company in Winnipeg who finally were able to assign a time which ended up being the next day to do the work. The original operator told me that Service would not be available till next year

We were experiencing a noise when the furnace kicked in but it seemed it was coming from the gas meter itself... After Hydro replacec the meter and regulator twice we discovered the noise and vibration was coming from the furnace. Your service tech TERRY IRVINE was very proffessional and courteous. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He has ordered the part and intends to return later today to install it. Wow !! Great Service and a valuable rep for your company. Thanks for his fast, freindly and thorough service.

I wanted a free estimate/quote from this company to fix my slow draining bathroom SINK. Sadly, they wanted to charge me $120+ just to come do a diagnostic check! How terrible! Be careful of this company & others like it. MOST other companies will give you a FREE ESTIMATE before they do any other work. This is simply just greed & gauging people's wallets! Not impressive. I suggest doing some research before hiring this & other companies.

I was really impressed with reliance, I thought I was waiting for a phone call between 7 and 11 in the evening as to when they were going to be here I showed up home around 5:30 and he was there. I was really really happy that he was there he did the work took the old water heater out put the new one in and he (Robert Allard) was very pleasant to talk to. He answered all my questions and showed me things of what you have done. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and might be getting them to come back to replace my air conditioner when that time comes. Great work

We've had Reliance out to service our air conditioner and install a new furnace in the past and have been happy...until now. This spring our air conditioner wasn't working so I booked an appointment for June 10th. No one showed or called. I called tbe next day, got an apology and rebooked for June 17th. Again, no show and no call. Thank goodness it's bern a cooler spring, so I was patient again and rebooked for June 21st. Yup, again no show and no call. When I phoned I got lots of "sorrys" and "I don't know whys" but I gave one last chance and rebookedfor June 23rd. This time I did get a call and Rob showed up and quickly fixed our problem. Rob was great, but seriously, it took 3 missed appointments to finally get someone out. The work done, as it has it the past, has been good but because of this experience I would seriously consider never dealing with them again.
