Follow-up service to previous purchases.
Six years ago I purchased a new furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner from “Reliance Superior.” I did so for two reasons. One, the in house consult from Reliance was professional and non-rushed. Second the price total was the best of three quotes that I had received.
After a couple of service calls over the past six years for general maintenance, I had just recently had to call for a service on a leaking drain plug collector box on my furnace. I thought that that was too early (six years) to be leaking so I contacted Reliance to see if there was an issue with that unit on my furnace. There was and I explained that I had spent good money with Reliance and that I was not the happiest camper about a relatively new furnace having an issue this early.
Service Operations Manager Jaroslaw Klimek called promptly to say that they were aware of the issue and would have a service tech out in a few days at not charge to me for the repair.
Rob their service rep came in promptly this morning to do the work. What a breath of fresh air he was. What was impressive was that his professional demeanor was excellent and he made a point of asking me what questions I had so he could answer them. I had a few. No actually ten questions. Everything from fan speed, to coolant temps, to recommended service cycles. He answered all with patience and without rushing. His professionalism showed throughout the service call. He performed the service in a reasonable time and made sure everything was clean before he left. Well done Rob!
My son will soon have a new house built and they will be in need of a new air conditioner. Reliance Superior will be my first recommendation I give him.
