Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning

I would like to express my disappointment with the service of Reliance Superior. I got my ac and furnace installed in August and I am still waiting on a subpanel to be installed. I have called 4-5x expressing my concern and frustration and not only has this issue not been resolved but no one has even had the decency to provide me with a courtesy call to let me know when this subpanel is going to be installed. The bill for a subpanel was almost $500 and I don't even have it yet. I was in the phone with them again this afternoon and was told I would be receiving a call from a service technician, 2 hours later still no phone call. i have never received this kind of service anyone and I am so annoyed and irritated with the way they are handling this situation.
