After horrible experience with another company I called these guys. Thrilled with both the leak detection and repair. Cant remember name of the guy who estimated but he showed me how to do one repair myself saving me a bundle. Melanie was fast, curteous, and clean. After she left you couldnt tell she was here. Im only giving them a 10 because the scale doesnt go higher. I have no problem recommending them. I entered $500 as I cant remember what the actual cost is. It is around that though

I had used The Crack Specialists previously in 2008 so I was already familiar with their quality workmanship. When another crack in my foundation showed up about two months ago (October 2021), I had The Crack Specialists back in. This time, I had Melanie as my technician and I can't say enough about her.....very friendly and service oriented plus she did a fantastic job on the repair. Thanks so much, Melanie!!!

Not only was she friendly, HARD WORKING and extremely strong with carrying all the equipment, she advised when the job was complete of the full warranty related to the completed work.

The Crack Specialist was very easy and efficient to deal with. They confirmed and arrived at the quoted appointment times. Melanie, our technician advised me about the products and the procedure she would be using to repair the cracks in the basement. She was finished in the time she quoted, and did a great job.

A much better job done by Ben and Alex! As a new homeowner they were able to fix and re seal what was left from the previous owner. They also reassured me that when the pump needs repair they can fix that too. They completed the job within the time frame estimated. I'll be sure to keep the card handy. Thank you gentlemen!
