Was very professional job from the guys they came into my home and explain everything with details I'm so happy for this job for the professionals for the time estimate and everything made correctly done

Two gentlemen arrived on time as promised. They explained what they were going to do. Care was taken with our furniture and walls. They were diligent and even found a return vent I did not even know I had. They pointed out a few issues and even suggested I reposition my dryer to better position the dryer vent. The dry time is now much improved. I have noticed a significant reduction in dust in my home which has benefited the dust sufferers in my home.

I am going through slow renovation of my old house and now was the time to finally remove all the dust from the many years and recent construction. Superior Air Duct Cleaning are very professional, always communicating when and what is going to be done. Were always on time, didnt leave any mess. They are on the list of my trusted contractors now.

We've used Superior Air Duct Cleaning twice in the past and we called again two weeks ago to schedule an appointment. Our appointment window was between 2 PM - 5 PM yesterday and Luke and Mike came by shortly after 2. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous and explained the cleaning process step-by-step. Once again, we are very pleased with the service and results. It's hard not to recommend this company.

This company is amazing from start to finish - asked for quote was contacted, booked, called the day before and when Nuno was 10 minutes away he called to say he would be there shortly. Very professional, amazing cleaning of all ducts and vents also my dryer vent inside and out - like new. Nuno explained everything before he started and did an amazing job. It went very well. The two guys were on time, pleasant and professional. They showed me some things I needed to see in my AC unit. I would have preferred to bury my head in the sand and pretend everything was fine but I was encouraged to climb up and at least peek at unit so that I could be shown and understand the issues at hand. After things were explained to me they offered to apply the chimney sweeping voucher towards a badly needed AC unit clean up. I appreciated this because the chimney was in good shape and AC unit needed the attention much worse. They were very honest about my situation and gave me a couple of options and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We hired Superior to clean the ducts of our 12 yo townhome. We had recently moved in and were concerned about our air quality since the previous owners had a particularly long-haired cat whose fur was in every inch of the house. We had also gotten hardwood flooring installed which had generated a lot of dust. The crew showed up time and were very friendly. We had requested portable equipment but were surprised to learn that they were able to run the hose from their truck despite us being a few houses away from the main road of our complex. They explained every step of the process and even showed us the build up in our ducts, which had never been cleaned before. They also were very helpful about where to find air filters for our furnace, which seems to be a custom size. I'd definitely use them again.

Superior Air Duct Cleaning certainly lives up to their name. We had Nuno & Nathan they were professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. They gave excellent advice, and they were knowledgeable about the service they provide. But above all they provided an excellent Customer Service, and an excellent Customer Experience. I will recommend them to anyone, and we will use Superior again in the future. Thank You

Worst service ever, Do Not trust these guys in your house, they will damage your system intentionally so you call them back to fix it.
that's what they did in our house, they cut one of the cables of the blower & I was not watching them because we got their number from a friend & I thought we can trust these guys. when they finished work one them advised me that the blower is not working, while it was working very very well just minutes before they arrived to do the duct cleaning.
we had to get someone to fix it, but this would have cause serious damage in our house, causing even fire. I told my husband we should call the police to report this, but he just called the company & talked to them & they aknowledged that this could happen, which means really that they are very careless in there work.

Jeff and Mike provided an efficient cleaning and sanitizing of the ducts. They were courteous. This is the second time I have used Superior's Duct Cleaning. Jeff also gave some useful tips on my furnace and humidifier.
