Our basement turned out better then we ever imagined. Dean listened to exactly what we wanted, and made very helpful suggestions in such a professional yet friendly manner. His crew was also very friendly and polite, and were always ensuring things were cleaned up before they left.
At the outset Dean told us completion would be within 4 weeks, and that’s exactly what it took.

Royal Renovations, Dean, and his team were professional throughout the job. Other than the finished product and their time taken attentively, we've never experienced a crew that cleaned up EVERY day. Royal supplied a very detailed quotation, complete with start and completion dates. Everything was on time, detailed workmanship was precise and service was the best ever. This company undertook the complete inside and outside renovation of our century home.
This included a complete rework of the outside including replacement and addition of windows. The installation of Maibec siding, which is an excellent product.
The second floor was gutted and redesigned to three bedrooms and bath/laundry room. The century style soaker tub was well woth the investment.
The main floor included adition of hardwood floors ansd new ceilings with corner moldings.
The house was replumbed and rewired.
Included in the work was the addition of a single car garage in astyle to match the house.
The project was started on time and more importantly Finished ON TIME>

Dean from Royal Renovations was great from the get go, we had gotten 3 quotes in total for finishing our basement and Dean was very professional with being insured, qualified and within our budget. He was not the cheapest out of all 3 but we felt very comfortable with him. The basement turned out great, smooth and on time, on budget. By far the best contractor we have ever used.
