Kitchen sink had gradually become clogged so called for service. The plumber who came was personable and cleared the issue within 1 hour.
However, the scheduler who set up the service call had told me that the plumber would arrive between 10 AM and 1 PM. At 2 PM, I called to check whether a plumber would arrive; he was at my home about an hour later.
The service was performed well from what I am able to see, but I would have been much happier if the company had advised me of the delay.

Milani tehnician saeid says if parts where available too costly to replace , quick upsale to buy new 96% efficient Lennox furnace , no heat for 4 days,gotcha ,this was thursday if needed replacement on weekend $500 extra WHY???.set up appointment for tuesday the following week, Morris the installer on time, #1 in attitude and great service , i would recommend him if needed for his expertise again. follow up by Romeu sales ,and petra ,this was the best in customer satisfaction, yes i would recommend Milani plumbing 5 stars for installation and workmanship regards victor wong

Ever since a bad experience with a builder’s plumber I have used exclusively Milani . We had water backing up last night and they had some one out to us this morning . Rob H put down plastic to protect our house ; he was pleasant efficient and gave us a full report on the issue and solved it promptly . He came professionally dressed In uniform and was very articulate and easy to understand . I definitely recommend them .

Igor did an excellent job repairing a broken water supply line and installing a new urinal flush valve. Highly recommend this guy.

Greg, plumber, provided excellent service. Was able to diagnose and make recommendations. Prognosis is excellent. Did not need new toilet. Just wax seal. Arrived earlier than expected as he was in the area. Was for my tenant"s bathroom & yes I was on site. I would highly recommend. Everyone is happy.

Took a week to get the part (we had no heat or hot water during this time). Was given 4 different aapt times for repair and tech never showed or called ANY of these times. When the tech did finally show he was rude and barely spoke or looked you in the eyes.' Tteat you like family' is their motto...yeah right. Never again.

John came to our home and solved our problem in a very professional way.
His job was thorough and efficient. Excellent Service!
We would definitely use or refer Milani in the future.

After dismissing the original company whom installed this mini split A/C for not servicing their product , I called Milani and made an appointment to send a technician out service this unit...I was pleasantly surprised to have Craig the technician arrive the following day and resolve my problems within a hour and answer several of my questions regarding this unit...He was very courteous and competent and I do consider myself very lucky to have a craftsman of his caliber.....

furnace stopped working , 4 technicians came over 3 week period last one left without testing furnace! Paid $1,200. for his visit ! Still have same problem! called they will send another guy for $200.
