I found the staff in the plumbing dept very helpful in that they explained to me excatly how to install the piping underneath my bathroom sink as I had never done it before. I was very impressed with the staff member because he even offerd to come to my house and show me!

It was very affordable to do it myself they give you advise and good prices. They offered lots of options in fencing and they delivered to my home next day free of charge.

I needed help with painting my apartment, I had no idea where to begin. Fiona found me wandering around in the paint aisle and immediately took me through everything I needed to know about painting my apartment. She took the time to help me gather sample swatches and gave recommendations as well as personal tips. She remembered me when I came back to get more paint and was also courteous and fun to talk to. I have only been asking for Fiona when I went but I'm sure all of the associates there are just as helpful.

Great service, right from the time I walked in the door. Lots of customer service people that were visible and easy to approach. It seemed that everyone working was happy and in a good mood. The two individuals at the paint counter were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Thank you to a company that knows how to create customer satisfaction!

I didn't have a clue how to install flooring - Knew absolutely nothing about how to measure floor space, what thickness I wanted, the right underlay, etc. I did some basic measurements and went to the Home Depot on Terminal ave. After seeing some really attractive mahogany coloured laminate on sale for a great price, the staff helped me understand how to properly measure the floor spaces and gave me advice on which underlay was best for dampening sound. Each day I talked to someone new and every time each of their employees were more than happy to impart all their knowledge. They all enjoyed what they were doing and it showed. I felt well taken care of, and now I feel confident that I could install my own flooring again if and when I need to.

Not so much. I find the products to be mediocre at best. I found it hard to find fencing panels that were not already broken. The saleman tried to engage me into a MLM scheme. When the stopped letting me bring my dog in i just stopped going.

went there to look at vacuum cleaners, they offered a wide range, from the cheaper ones to the more pricey ones. each of them had so many different functions. the staff there explained the different functions to me and showed me the various models. although prices were not very competitive, but it's reasonable for the vancouver area.

I ordered a custome made rug and it was beautiful; ready in 2 weeks. better than the sample I had seen there.
My blinds are perfect and in a very good price. We installed them ourselves and didn't pay for the instalation.

i was in the store asking for help, in picking out colors and themes. It seemed like they do not provide any kind of that service and the lady had no clue what she was talking about, in terms of the type of paint etc for exterior vs interior. Forget about even asking her for any ideas on color scheme. it was not a positive experience
