The service was excellent as Tyler came on time. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure and explained what was wrong and fixed the problem without any issues. Great job and this company is very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

The circuit breaker in our house was not working properly, so I called Hi-Lite Electric, on the recommendation of a friend who used them before. The person who picked up the phone was friendly. After explaining the situation, with in minutes we were able to set up an inspection the next day. The professional who arrived the next day seemed to really know what he was doing. He was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly and returned a few days later to fix it. It was a great experience. The circuit breaker has been functioning perfectly ever since!

Thank you for the great service, provided by Tyler and Matthew, this past Saturday, at my sister's house. They were both very friendly, courteous and tidy. We appreciated their professionalism and the fact that they both took the time to answer, our questions, as the job progressed. At certain points, they would ask us questions, before they proceeded doing something, which was very refreshing, as many people, that come to "your", home don't care about your opinion. At the end of the project, Tyler, took us through, to explain, what had been done....again, that was refreshing.
And thank you very much for your personal assistance, on the phone, each time I called.

I was recommended to this company, and not knowing much about them you could imagine my worries. I gave them a call and got prompt friendly service from the phone rep who sent Tyler to come at my chosen time. He was on time and called ahead so I would know to expect him and answered all my questions to put my mind at ease and earn my trust while getting work done in a timely fashion. Was very considerate not to be messy or leave a mess by doing the work on the upstairs bedroom lights which were not turning off. Even covered his shoes and used a ladder as to not step on any furniture. Very polite, respectful, and reasonable people from start to finish. Happy that I called.

I called Hi-Lite Electric, having heard their commercials on the Radio and checking out their positive reviews on Homestars. My situation was and electrical emergency in my salon on a busy Saturday. Their response was immediate and I was extremely impressed by the electrician who was the owner of the company Luciano.
