Thank you for your review Robyn but I don't think Gas Fix was the contractor that serviced your furnace. We do not have any staff members with the name Max that have serviced a furnace in Toronto. However, we do employ technicians such as Scott & Dwayne who are pleasant, quick and do great work such as thoroughly detailing problems and providing the available options to correct them. ~ Jason ~

Thank you, Sandra, for your review and the kind comments regarding our technician, Dwayne. You have a Cambridge fireplace which is not a common unit. Many other contractors would want to sell you a new unit not knowing that it could be repaired and cleaned to look like a brand new unit. This Cambridge model has a Mercury Flame Switch which is a part that is no longer sold due to the mercury. The repair when the Mercury Flame Switch fails is a new operating system, which is a new gas valve and a new pilot assembly. Because our technicians carry over 300 of the most common parts on the vehicle, we had the parts on the vehicle and were able to complete the repair in a prompt, efficient manner. Our technicians also service pool heaters, water heaters and furnaces as well. Should you have any issues in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.
