We have an annual service contract with Enercare. Have had repairs and an annual furnace checkup for manr years. Yesterday our annual furnace check up and all ok with our equipment which is comforting with Winter on the Horizon.

Brandon was the technician who came to provide the annual maintenance of our 7-year-old furnace on Friday, September 6th., 2024. His attention to the furnace was so great that I could sense his high level of experience. He explained all that was important for me to know, and I appreciated learning about keeping carbon emissions below the critical number for our unit. It was good to know that ours was well within this limit. Apart from his skill, Brandon was personable, immaculate, tidy and careful in his work. Because of a cancellation, he could come earlier than expected, which delighted me, as it meant we could finish earlier, especially on a Friday.
My husband and I were confident in knowing that our furnace had been well-serviced for this winter in Brandon's capable hands.

Purchased my water heater outright. Final bill was incorrect. Spent 1.5 hours (3 separate calls) on the phone trying to correct it after it was sent to the Collections department. Waste of my time. Poor customer service. The internal departments do no communicate well enough to fix my issue the first or second or third time that I have to call.
Choose another company!!

Vahid came today to check our air conditioner , very happy with his service. He helped us to understand what the issue was.

Five months ago I called to get service re. My Rental softener and water purification system and the need for service. The service showed up and shut off the system and said that someone will contact us to replace the system. Since then I have made number of calls and three more service persons came to my house and each said we dont believe this problem has not been resolved yet, we will bring the equipment and parts and they disappear. Up until now no one has showed up. But they still keep charging me for the service that I am not using. The last communication I was told that this is my responsibility to follow up within 72 hours as the case will be closed automatically. I am very disappointed and very helpless.

This was a regular furnace maintenance inspection. This service is free with a rental agreement

Service was very good. The technician was on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all I asked him. He did a thorough job. He explained that there was something to be replaced and explained what it was and that there would be no charge.
