Enercare has provided extremely poor service in handling my account and billing issues. Despite repeated calls and extensive wait times, I have been unable to resolve a billing dispute related to the removal of an old water heater. I was wrongly charged a discharge fee and continued rental fees for a water heater I no longer own, despite being assured by Enercare representatives that there would be no costs involved.
Over several months, I have spent hours on the phoneoften waiting for over two hoursonly to be transferred between departments without any resolution. Each time, I was promised a solution, yet the issues persisted, resulting in accumulating late fees. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous calls, Enercares customer service has been unresponsive, unhelpful, and seems to be outsourced, which has only added to the frustration and led to unresolved issues.
