Decorium

There was an issue with a loveseat where the fabric split. Decorium picked up the piece, got it repaired and delivered it back all for no charge in a reasonable amount of time.

I recently ordered some fabric from Decorium. It was HGTV fabric and this store is the only one that has rights to their product. I waited 8 weeks for the fabric which is normal, however when I picked up the fabric I questioned the shipper as to the quantity as I had ordered 4 yards and it certainly didn't look like 4 yards to me. He assured me that yes there was 4 yards and they check with the packing slip which did not indicate the quantity. I went to the upholsterer to find out in fact there was only 1 yard! I returned to the store and asked for a full refund. Which eventually they did. My comment is that their customer service is very poor. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience. The staff are not friendly and while there is no one in the store, the staff don't seem to want to help. Many senior staff members ran around like chickens with their heads cut off but offered no explanation as to why there was only 1 yard and not 4. I waited 8 weeks for 1 yard of material. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF AS A CUSTOMER YOU WON'T SHOP THEIR EITHER.

I keep on coming back to this store because of the style selections they have, quality, price and great service. I bought sofa last year, and I came back for a loveseat and a side table this time. Store manager, Fil is a true professional who understands clients' needs. My favourite Associate is Renata whom I met when I shopped for mattress at Sears and was happy to see her now at Decorium. Renata follows up on inquiries, and she is a superb Sales Professional who knows how to approach a customer and make whole client experience a wonderful one. There are no many Sales people like her nowdays and I warmly recommend that you talk to Renata when you next time visit Decorium.

After shopping around for new sofas, we did not have very pleasant experiences. When we came to Decorium we were welcomed as soon as we entered the showroom. The choices were amazing and Renata was very helpful in helping us design the sofas we purchased. She went beyond as she assisted us to
redesign our new family room suggesting accent pieces and colours

We are moving to a larger home and we needed quite a bit of new furniture and Renata our sales rep and Fil her manager made us feel super comfortable and really stood behind their products. The showroom is fabulous!

I looked for bedroom furniture everywhere and came to decorium and feel in love instantly!! Their quality is top notch and customer service is fantastic as well. Staff is very knowledgeable and happy to help. I've already been back to get bar stools and coffee tables and will be back again for more!! Top notch!!

I loved this store. I always shop here. Most of my home furniture is from them. Lovely people. The manager is a very understanding and polite person. I had a problem with something I had selected. He really helped me reselect. The designers and customer service personel go out of their way to help you. I not only bought my kitchen dining set from them but the formal one too. You will have a great experience shopping at my favourite store.

Decorium overdelivered on my high expectations! Outstanding product selection with great customer service. Selling Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was incredible! Called 1/2 hour before delivery came. Delivery people were very careful and gentle in the house. Thank you Decorium for making me a happy customer! Will definitely return again.

We just purchased a new dining room table from Decorium and it looks GREAT! Beyond being happy with the product I really have to commend the delivery people. They were right on time, and even called us to give us a 30 minute warning. This was nice b/c I have had to do a lot of waiting around of late for various service providers that just provide a 6 hour time window so it was nice to know I didn't have to just wait at the house. Beyond that, when they arrived I asked them if they wouldn't mind helping me move some appliances out of the dining room b/c they were too heavy for my wife and I to move and they happily obliged. Very happy with both the product and service and will definitely be going back to get a new couch!!!

I have bought a number of items at Decorium over the years. I keep going back because of the excellent and knowledgable sales staff and the wonderful selections. Our most recent purchase was a beautiful piece of furniture for hold our large TV and all the accessories that go with it. It was delivered when promised and the deliver men helped set it all up. I would definitely recommend Decorium to family and friends.
