Hi Rick,
I do apologize but i'm a little disappointed in this and don't think I deserve a 2/10.
I checked the chain of emails and the only one I missed was the last one with the measurements you wanted to price out.
As I mentioned my main employee went on to other career opportunities at the end of 2017 and I've basically been on my own since. It's almost impossible to find the right employee.
Please consider changing this grade as it's a little hard getting to everyone right away.Thanks.
