My wife and I had a great experience at this Brick so we went back this time to but a sofa. Last time my wife did the talking and got us a great deal on our table, this time I was going to show her what a great deal really was.

We went in and found our "dream" sofa, we sat on it waiting for the staff to find us like they often do...After 15 minutes a sales man went buy I had to flag him down then he brushed me off...

My wife then put me in y place and told me to sit down and went and said her bite to a manager and she came back with 100.00 less then our offer price we had discussed...

GO BRICK.

We have had both our sofa and new dining room set for over 2 years and we are really happy with them

I bought a mattress and box spring at brick. had delivery scheduled. driver called me and told me he couldnt find my house in Brampton. I told him thats because I live in Thornhill. He asked me for directions, showed up late. Brought in the boxspring, which was dirty from dark snow which they dropped it into, leaned it up against my bedroom wall, then brought in the mattress, leaned that up against the boxspring, asked for my signature and left. not only did i have stain damage to my bedroom wall, but also my floor and carpet as they didnt take off their shoes and tracked dirty snow into my house. when i called the store i was stonewalled, couldnt speak to a manager, got no help from customer service. eventualy had to ask a neighbor for help setting up the mattress!
seems that with these crooks, service stops existing once they get your money. will never drop a dollar there again.

Purchased a bedroom set and a dining room set in September and were assured that delivery by the beginning of November was no problem. We needed the furniture as otherwise we would be sleeping on the floor!!!! Delivery date came and went with no sign of furniture. we had to beg and plead to be given samples to tide us over until the real stuff arrived. Our final piece of furniture was not delivered till after christmas. The lesson is don't ever order furniture if you are relying on them to deliver on your schedule.

I like this store. Good selection. The furniture I bought here was very good quality and at a very good price. Fast delivery and good customer service. I will shop again for sure.

The dinette was missing 1 of 4 chairs, went to pick it up at the warehouse, they "Couldn't find it"; got the chair shipped, parts were missing and had two right front legs, got a replacement, but this set was missing the two front legs altogether.
Got ANOTHER replacement, but they sent me the one that I exchanged for in the SAME BOX!!!
I am NOT shopping at the Brick again!

After leaving [another store] and haveing a bad experience, we walked over to The Brick Mattress store and purchased a mattress for our daughter. From the minute we walked in, we were served in the best manner. No one was pushy and we were only approached when we wanted to be approached. Our salesman was helpful, courteous and willing to listen to what we needed. He also made some helpful suggestions. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks.

I recently purchased a new home and have been shopping at the Brick for multiple bedroom sets and all appliances.

Reza made sure to call and inform me of any upcoming sales and any items that we were specifically looking for.

Home show has a ton of selection and not bad prices (especially if you have the Club Card). In my last 2 trips there, however, I have been extremely put off by the sevice - the staff there are TOO pushy. They are a bit like vultures. I don't like feeling like I have to avoid staff members when I'm shopping! I would recommend this place for ideas for furniture, but watch out for pushy salespeople, and don't get guilted into buying something you don't want/need!

Home Show has great prices - can't be beat. But their sales tactics/policies leave a lot to be desired. Recently shopping for a new bed there, I was told by 2 separate sales people (while being handed their card) that 'we work on 100% commission'. When at one point I said that I was just browsing for the day and might come back later, I was told that the bed I was looking at would probably be sold out by the end of the day. I was pressured to put a deposit down in order to hold the bed. When I said I hadn't made any decisions yet, the saleswoman made me feel like I was a terrible person. I haven't been back - I can't make a purchase under that kind of pressure!
